“The neighborhood of 12 South is a short strip packed with awesome restaurants, bars, and local shops.”

The neighborhood of 12 South is a short strip packed with awesome restaurants, bars, and local shops. Keep in mind the area is small, and the demand for property is high so prices are pretty steep in the exact area. However, it is a nice change of pace from the typical party scene in the downtown area. 12 South has a variety of awesome restaurants and many of them have cute outdoor patios. Stopping by Five Daughters Bakery is an absolute must if you are in the area!

“Everyone loves 12th South”

Everyone loves 12th South. I think it’s a great neighborhood, but I do think you should consider a few things before you live here. It’s always crowded, and there’s a ton of tourists that visit this neighborhood. If the crowds and lack of parking bother you, then you should stay away. But there a lot of great restaurants and things to do here. I love the farmer’s market they have each week.
