“Midtown is the perfect neighborhood for college students / recent grads.”

Midtown is the perfect neighborhood for college students / recent grads. It is also a great option if you are new to Nashville. The area is extremely fun and the nightlife scene is always booming! The rent prices are much cheaper than the Downtown/ Gulch area, but they are centrally located. I wouldn’t recommend this neighborhood for families as it can definitely become noisy.

“Midtown is a lively neighborhood that is home to many bars and restaurants”

Midtown is a lively neighborhood that is home to many bars and restaurants. Many Vandy students often frequent these bars. This means your condo or apartment may be a little noisy, but if you are a person who loves to go out then you might not even notice.
