“Germantown is one of my top favorite spots in Nashville!”

Germantown is one of my top favorite spots in Nashville! If you’re a foodie, like me, then you will absolutely love it here! The neighborhood is super cute and the style of homes varies. You can find old historic properties, but also new construction and condominium complexes. The neighborhood has so much green space and so much history behind it! It’s also right near the capitol, which is home to an amazing Farmers Market (that runs daily). Home prices are definitely rising, but I cannot say enough good things about living here!

“Germantown is a walkable neighborhood with fine dining”

Germantown is a walkable neighborhood with fine dining. This would be the place to live if you are foodie looking for a condo. Some of my favorite places are City House, Rolf and Daughters, and Butchertown Hall. You can also walk to a Sounds game which is a great thing to do in the summer.
